I've been sent to collections, what now?

You have been sent to collections due to an outstanding balance with Hippo Charging (First Data). Please contact us at (626) 248-8837 so we can have First Data ACH (debit) your account for the amount owed or you may contact the collections department at (800) 833-9049. Please make sure that you have your Merchant ID (which can be found on your statement).


 


If you have been sent to collections and your account is closed please call them at (800) 833-9049 or if you know the balance please mail a check for the amount owed to:
