What are the steps to Authorization Only on my Hypercom T7P-T?

You want to obtain an authorization code, please follow these simple steps:

STEP 1: Press  the Function Key 

STEP 2: Press 9 and then ENTER

STEP 3: Either SWIPE or MANUALLY enter credit CARD NUMBER

STEP 4: Enter AMOUNT $0.00

STEP 5: You will receive APPROVAL CODE
