How do I add a differnt card type to Authorize.net (ie. Visa, Discover, etc)

Make sure that your account is enabled to accept the card types you want to activate on Authorize.net, to confirm please email us with your Merchant Identification (found on your statement) to support@hippocharging.com

Once you have confirmed your card types please login to authorize.net

1. 
   Log into the Merchant Interface at https://account.authorize.net/.
   


2. Click Account from the main toolbar.


3. Click Merchant Profile from the menu on the left.


4. Under Payment Methods, review the card types listed.

If the new credit card is not listed, please contact authorize.net to have it enabled. Note: Only Account Owners and Account Administrators are allowed to enable and disable card types. To enable a new card type:

1. 
   Log into the Merchant Interface at https://account.authorize.net/.
   


2. Click Contact Us from the upper right corner of any Merchant Interface page.


3. Click Create a New eTicket.


4. Verify your contact information, enter your request in the space provided and click Submit.
