Merchant Conversion Program

As the preferred payment gateway for resellers of all sizes, we make it easy to protect your growing portfolio by providing you with easy scripts for converting your existing merchants to the Authorize.Net platform. And, to make it financially more appealing, we'll waive our setup fee* for every merchant you convert. Simply provide us with proof of the merchant's service with a different payment gateway and we'll get the conversion process started.

Step 1:
Create an Authorize.Net Payment Gateway account for the merchant(s) you would like to convert.

Step 2:
Go to http://www.authorize.net/files/merchantconversion.pdf to download the Merchant Conversion Request form.

Step 3:
Provide proof of service on the current payment gateway for the merchant. We recommend that you print the merchant's profile from the current payment gateway's merchant management interface and black out any sensitive data. However, other forms of proof will be considered. (For converting multiple merchants, you will need to provide proof of the current service for each merchant.)

Step 4:
Fax the Request for Merchant Conversion form, a spreadsheet with information for multiple merchants if necessary, and proof of the current payment gateway service for each merchant to 425-586-6188.

For more information about the benefits of converting threatened merchant payment gateway accounts to Authorize.Net, contact resellersupport@authorize.net or call us at 888-437-0481.

* The buy rate associated with the setup fee, monthly fee and transaction fees for the merchant's first active month will be credited to your account.
