Introduction:
This document will provide step by step instruction on how to upload documents (MPA, Voided Check, Site Inspection, Confirmation page, or Miscellaneous/Processing Statements) for your merchant via the My Sales Office (MSO) application.
Required Paperwork:
All approved Merchant Accounts must have their MPA, voided check, Confirmation Page, and site inspection details (as required per Credit policy) uploaded within 72hs of boarding submission.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Upload of required documentation in a timely manner required by First Data’s policy.

Steps to Perform
- Access MSO by logging in with your Username and Password
- Click on “Accounts” and then “Document Upload”
- Enter the Merchant Number for the account. Approved accounts must have the full 15/16 digits Omaha number. Rejected accounts must have the 12 digit (987) number.
- You will be taken to the FileNet Uploader screen. On this screen you will need to select the Type of Document and Browse for the file you would like to upload.
NOTE: If the user enters the 12 digit merchant number in the previous screen, then the user will be asked to select the location number from the pre-populated location drop-down in this screen.
- Select Document Type.
- Browse for the document you would like to upload.
- Click Continue. A message will confirm that the file was uploaded successfully.
The document has been successfully loaded.
- You can submit more documents for the same merchant repeating steps 5-7.
- To submit more documents for another merchant, press Cancel and repeat steps 3-7.
Document Upload Confirmation
Once a document has been uploaded, you can review the documents uploaded for that MID.
- When on the “Merchant Number” screen, click on View Archive Files.
- Enter the Merchant Number you would like to search
- The results of the upload will show on the screen.
Considerations:
- If MPA and other documents are together in 1 single file, you may upload them together as “MPA”.
- When uploading a document, always ensure you select the correct path to avoid documents being uploaded to the wrong account.
IMPORTANT: It is the ISO’s responsibility to ensure documents are loaded accurately to the corresponding account.
