Regarding: Change in ISO PCI Rapid Comply Dashboard Functionality

For all Opt In ISOs with access to their PCI Rapid Comply dashboard, as of March 3, 2014, there will be some functionality changes to the PCI Rapid Comply product.

The changes are as follows:

n In the Merchant Portfolio section, the following options will not be available:

o Search & Filter

o Ability to Export Results to XLS File(download) in Merchant Search, Deleted Merchants and Not-In Play

n In the Analytics section, the ability to Export Results to XLS File(download)once the user clicks on the graph information.

Product apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause you, but this action is being taken to improve the functionality and the response time for this feature.

If you would like a spreadsheet with information from your dashboard as of March 1, 2014, please email pcirapidcomplysupport@firstdata.com with:

Name of ISO

Contact person (this must be the ISO contact name who has access to the dashboard)

Email to send the spreadsheet

The PCI Rapid Comply Help Desk will submit the request, and within 48 hours, the information will be sent to the ISO.

There is currently not an estimated time for resolution.
