MSC how to enter Nashville demographic boarding- path

Hi, having any problems entering Nashville demographic requests to MSC? 

Here is how to submit.

1. Log on to MSC (click here to access the site)


2. 


3. Select Maintenance Request
   


4. 


5. Fill out the information on the screen (see sample below)


6. 


7. Then click on ADD WORK ORDER
   


8. Place cursor over Work Order Category and select Equipment and authorization network = Omaha Nashville


9. Place cursor over Work Order Type and select Terminal ID Nashville Setup
   


10. 
    Comment is optional.
    


11. 


12. Ensure you are uploading your Nashville form and click Add File
    


13. 


14. Scroll down and select Supporting documentation and click NEXT
    


15. You have to continue with the submit or next until you get a pop screen that says your item has been successfully submitted.
