Requirement

We want to make sure that our merchants are covered and part of that is becoming  PCI DSS Compliant as soon as possible. Go to this link to get started.

A $19.95 non-compliance fee is charged after the first month of non-complaince, let us know if you have questions.

Point of Sale

We will be setting you up on ex: Authorize.net, Qwickpay, eProcessing, Payware mobile, Roam Data, etc.

Online Access

We will also be setting you up with our portfolio manager (Hippofolio)

Invoice

If you purchased any items an invoice will be attached for your records, a hard copy is not sent out to help Save trees.  The amount due is automatically charged to your bank account or credit card on file.  The funds will be debited 5 days from when you received this attachment.

Also attached is a copy of your Merchant Contract, a copy of your Program Guide, a voice ETC quick reference guide

You will be receiving a metal plate in the mail with your DBA name and merchant identification number.
