Requirement

As a merchant it is your responsibility to protect your customers information and part of that process is becoming PCI DSS Compliant.  Hippo Charging has made this process painless, please become PCI compliant as soon as possible so as to avoid the $19.95 non-compliance fee.  More importantly you want to protect your business and customers from those trying to find weaknesses in your system. 

 Point Of Sale

If you have purchased a virtual terminal (cloud based) or stand alone terminal you will receive a separate email on how to process your cards through the POS of choice.   If you purchased one of our partner products (i.e. ISISpos, Vend, etc..)  you will receive an email directly from their customer service department. 

Invoice

If you purchased any items an invoice will be attached for your records, a hard copy is not sent out to help Save trees.  The amount due is automatically charged to your bank account or credit card on file.  The funds will be debited 5 days from when you received this attachment.

You will be receiving a metal plate in the mail. This metal plate is to imprint transactions manually if ever needed.
