Please log in To activate and deactivate the voice mail which needs to be done everyday at 9:00 am and at 4:00 pm M-F.

Once you log in click on My Subscription Tab, Then under call Forwarding click Change settings
This is where you will see the option for Disabling (that is the 4:00 pm) and Enabling (9:00 am)
